<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020-12-163 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2020 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2021 <br />FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota required the City to adopt a property tax levy by December 28, <br />2020. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little Canada, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota that the following amounts are proposed be levied for the current year, <br />collectible in 2021; upon the taxable property in Little Canada for the following purposes: <br /> <br /> Levy Amount <br />General Levy: <br />General Fund $3,300,130 <br />Fire Equipment Fund 160,000 <br />Infrastructure Fund 122,200 <br />Subtotal General Levy $3,582,330 <br />Debt Service Levy $0 <br />Total $3,582,330 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that there are sufficient sums of money in the Debt Service funds <br />of the City to pay principal and interest in 2021 on all outstanding bond issues and the deferred annual tax <br />levies previously certified to the County Audit are hereby as follows: <br /> <br />Bond Issue Scheduled Levy Reduction in <br />Levy <br />2021 Certified Levy <br />2014A $181,387.50 ($181,387.50) $0 <br />. <br /> <br />Passed this 16th day of December 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> __________________________ <br /> John T Keis, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________________ <br />Christopher Heineman, City Administrator
