MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DECEMBER 10, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br />manner that incorporates the parcels that will most likely develop/redevelop within that <br />timeframe. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thorson asked if there would be an impact on the other residential parcels in this <br />area. <br /> <br />The City Administrator replied that the increment is generated from the two yellow parcels and <br />the source would not be changed. He explained that the benefit to the City is that it is able to <br />collect the increment from those two parcels for the remaining time of the TIF District which <br />will allow the City to develop key incentives that can be used for development purposes. <br /> <br /> Kwapick introduced the following motion: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION FOR A PROPOSED <br />MODIFICATION OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3-3 AND <br />THE PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA NO. 1. <br /> <br /> The foregoing motion was duly seconded by Johnson. <br /> Ayes (6). Nays (0). Motion passed. <br /> <br /> <br />REPORT FROM STAFF <br />The Community Development Director stated that the Resilient Communities Program students <br />have created a survey that is available on the City website related to Pioneer Park.
