MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 10, 2021 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 10th day of November, 2021 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> <br />Chair Nick Schwalbach called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and the following members of <br />the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Johnson, Kulousek, Schwalbach, Buesing, and Quarles. <br />Absent: Kwapick and Thorson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director/ Planner Corrin Wendell <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Commissioner Buesing made a motion to approve the October 14, 2021 Planning Commission <br />minutes as submitted. Commissioner Kulousek seconded the motion. The motion was <br />unanimously approved. <br /> <br />OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />No comments. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD-C) <br />AMENDMENT – POOLSIDE, 121 EAST COUNTY ROAD C – CASE #1397 <br />The Community Development Director presented a Planned Unit Development amendment <br />request to amend the Site Plan to accommodate a new warehouse, retail addition, and <br />add/adjusted parking lot. She reviewed the zoning and existing Site Plan for the property along <br />with the proposed renderings. She reviewed the parking requirement for the proposed uses, <br />noting that the applicant will exceed the required number of parking stalls. She stated that staff <br />feels that the requirements of the application are met. She noted that a public hearing will be <br />held by the City Council at its December 1, 2021 meeting. <br />
