Utility special provisions shall be updated to reflect City of Little Canada standards. They are <br />available upon request. <br />2. Update any and all outdated references within the specifications (i.e. CEAM specifications from <br />1999 are referenced for utility work, MnDOT specifications from 1988 referenced are referenced <br />for street work, etc.). <br />3. Wear course should be delayed one year to allow for home construction.
