RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />WOODLYNN AVENUE <br />(RICE STREET TO EAST TERMINUS) <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2022-05 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A resolution of the City Council adopted the 1st day of December, 2021, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Woodlynn Avenue (from Rice Street to east <br />terminus) by a combination of full depth reclamation and reconstruction with new concrete curb <br />and gutter, and minor/spot improvements to the underground utility systems; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Ten days’ mailed notice and two published notices of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 10th day of January, 2022, at which all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report. <br /> <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br />adopted the 10th day of January, 2022. <br /> <br />3. Bolton & Menk, Inc. is hereby designated as the City Engineer for this <br /> improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making <br /> of such improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 10th day of January, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> John T.
