He <br />provides direction for long- <br />term infrastructure planning <br />through the City’s Capital <br />Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />MARK KASMA <br />CITY ENGINEER <br />Mr. Kasma serves as the City <br />Engineer for Little Canada. He <br />is responsible for the quality <br />assurance and quality control <br />on City infrastructure <br />improvements. <br />ERIC SEABURG <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />Mr. Seaburg is responsible for <br />project scoping, preliminary <br />and final design, bidding, <br />construction administration, <br />and budget/schedule control. <br />ALISA GERHOLD <br />PROJECT DESIGNER <br />Alisa Gerhold is responsible for <br />preparation of construction <br />documents, cost estimating, <br />permitting and oversees <br />construction activities to <br />ensure conformance with the <br />plans and specifications. <br />19
