CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP) <br />220 South Sixth Street, Suite 300 <br />Minneapolis, MN 55402-1436 <br />612-376-4500 | fax 612-376-4850 <br />CLAconnect.com <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />January 6, 2021 <br />Honorable Mayor, Members of the City Council, and Management <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road East <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br /> <br />We are pleased to confirm our understanding of the terms and objectives of our engagement and the nature <br />and limitations of the audit services CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (“CLA,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) will provide for the <br />City of Little Canada (“you,” “your,” or “the entity”) for the year ended December 31, 2020. <br />Michelle Hoffman, CPA is responsible for the performance of the audit engagement. <br />Audit services <br />We will audit the financial statements of the governmental activities, the business‐type activities, each major <br />fund, and the aggregate remaining fund information, which collectively comprise the basic financial statements <br />of the City of Little Canada, as of and for the year ended December 31, 2020, and the related notes to the <br />financial statements. <br />The Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) provides for certain required supplementary information <br />(RSI) to accompany the entity’s basic financial statements. The following RSI will be subjected to certain limited <br />procedures, but will not be audited. <br />1. Management’s discussion and analysis. <br />2. Schedule of funding progress – other postemployment benefit plan <br />3. Schedule of employer’s share of net pension liability – GERF and PEPFF <br />4. Schedule of employer’s contributions – GERF and PEPFF <br />5. Schedule of changes in net pension liability (asset) and related ratios – Fire Relief Association <br />6. Schedule of employer contributions – Fire Relief Association <br />We will also evaluate and report on the presentation of the following supplementary information other than RSI <br />accompanying the financial statements in relation to the financial statements as a whole: <br />1. Combining and individual fund financial statements <br />2. Introductory section <br />3. Statistical section
