<br />Legal Description of Benefited Property
<br />
<br />All that certain property situated in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, and described as
<br />follows:
<br />
<br />Parcel A:
<br />That part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 30, Range 22,
<br />described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Southwest 1/4; thence South along the East line of said
<br />Southwest 1/4, 230 feet to the centerline of Owasso Boulevard; thence West along said
<br />centerline 556 feet; thence Northeasterly by a deflective angle of 82 degrees 57 minutes
<br />(measured East to North), 681 feet, more or less, to the line described in Book "361" of Deeds,
<br />Page 369, as being South 82 degrees 10 minutes East; thence Southeasterly on said last described
<br />line 491.7 feet, more or less, to the East line of said Northwest 1/4; thence South along the East
<br />line of said Northwest 1/4, 283.6 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, EXCEPT that
<br />portion of said Parcel A lying Southerly of the East and West 1/4 section line of Section 31,
<br />Township 30, Range 22, Ramsey County, Minnesota.

<br />All that part of Government Lot 3, and of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 30, Range
<br />22, bounded on the South by a line parallel to the East and West 1/4 section line of said Section
<br />and distant 230 feet Southerly therefrom, on the West by the West line of said Government Lot 3
<br />and said Southeast 1/4, on the North by the lands conveyed by Deed, recorded in Book 361 of
<br />Deeds, Page 369, and on the East by Twin Lake and the land conveyed by Deed, recorded in
<br />Book 173 of Deeds, Page 310,

<br />EXCEPTING therefrom however, the following parts thereof, to-wit:

<br />bounded on the South by a line parallel to the East and West 1/4 section line of said Section and
<br />distant 230 feet Southerly therefrom; on the West by the Easterly line of the right-of-way of the
<br />St. Paul Waterworks Conduit Line; on the North by the land conveyed by Deed, recorded in
<br />Book 361 of Deeds, Page 369; and on the East by the land conveyed by Deed, recorded in Book
<br />1815, Ramsey County Records, Page 4, EXCEPT that portion of said Parcel C lying Southerly of
