13152933v3 <br /> <br /> A-3 <br /> <br />Issuance of the Obligations is anticipated to occur in the spring of 2021. <br /> <br />The Project will be carried out in accordance with applicable land use and development <br />restrictions, and any new construction is subject to applicable state and local building codes. The <br />Project is not inconsistent with any Housing Plan adopted by the Cities under Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 462C.
