822-3 <br /> <br />b. Only dyes containing an antiseptic shall be used and such dyes shall be kept in <br />individual containers for each customer. Dye containers shall be discarded <br />after each usage. <br />c. After tattooing, a sterile dressing shall be applied to the tattooed area. <br />d. Tattooing shall not be performed on any person in an area with an evident skin <br />infection or other contraindicative skin disease or condition. In addition, <br />tattooing shall not be performed on any person who is suspected of having <br />viral hepatitis or who has recovered from viral hepatitis within the preceding <br />six (6) months. <br />4. General Supplies <br />a. All tattooing establishments shall be provided with clean, laundered towels <br />and washcloths in sufficient quantity for the sanitary operation of the practice <br />of tattooing. <br />b. A clean towel and washcloth shall be used for each customer. <br />c. Clean towels and washcloths shall be stored in a closed, dust-proof container. <br />d. Soiled towels and washcloths shall be stored in a covered container. <br />e. All operators shall wear clean, washable garments. <br />f. The operating table, chair and supply tables shall be constructed of a material <br />capable of being easily and thoroughly cleaned. <br /> <br />E. D. At the time of license application, as well as at the time of each subsequent license <br />renewal, the license holder shall be required to demonstrate compliance with any <br />applicable requirements of Ramsey County and the State of Minnesota for tattoo <br />practitioners and tattoo locations provide a copy of a valid State of Minnesota Body <br />Art Technician and/or Establishment license. <br /> <br />F. E. The use shall operate only during the hours specified by the City Council between <br />the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. <br /> <br />G. F. No license shall be granted to any establishment that would be located within 300 <br />feet of a residentially zoned parcel, or a property that is used for residential purposes <br />within a PUD District, as measured by the shortest line between the space to be <br />occupied by the licensee and occupied space of the residential use. Businesses that <br />provide only microblading, permanent makeup, cosmetic tattoo or similar services are <br />exempt from this 300-foot distance from residential use requirement. <br /> <br />H. G. No license shall provide for more than two (2) clients being served at any one <br />time. <br /> <br />I. H. No more than one (1) such license shall be in force in the City at any one time and <br />up to two (2) licenses for microblading, permanent makeup, cosmetic tattoo or similar <br />service business only. <br /> <br />J. I. The business location may be subject to inspections by the City of Little Canada or <br />its agent(s) at any time. <br />
