Hanson <br />www. ci.little-canada.mn. us <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TEXT AMENDMENT <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada will consider a Text Amendment to the Zoning Code allowing open and outdoor <br />storage of personal recreational equipment by Conditional Use Permit in the Light-Industrial (I-I) District. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at a regular meeting scheduled for <br />Thursday, October 9, 2008. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request at their <br />regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may <br />be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, <br />October 9, 2008 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2008. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing-impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request.
