Thus, some semi-trailer parking would be allowed (up to 10% of <br />the rear yard. This is in addition to semi-trailers that are in the process of being loaded <br />or unloaded in a loading area. Otherwise, the storage of any of this equipment is <br />subject to all of the other regulations applying to outdoor storage, including relationship <br />to the principal industrial use, screening, and other requirements. <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />To accommodate the storage of RVs, an amendment is necessary.
