Keis, <br />Mayor of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota do hereby proclaim Friday, April 30th, 2021, as <br />Arbor Day in the City of Little Canada. <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the month of May will be “Arbor <br />Month” and that the City will plant two trees, and due to the pandemic and public safety, a public <br />observance event of Arbor Day and Arbor Month will not be held. <br />______________________________ <br />John T.
