This level of use and <br />changing community needs calls for recreational and athletic <br />enhancements that accommodate a growing, multi-generational <br />community. With this in mind, ISG will deliver a comprehensive <br />master plan that helps reinforce the park’s image by offering the <br />following advantages. <br />CITY FOCUS + LISTEN-FIRST MENTALITY <br />No one knows Little Canada’s needs better than the <br />community leaders and stakeholders trusted with its growth. <br />ISG’s job is to listen, understand challenges, review the findings <br />of the City’s recent community engagement efforts, and <br />respond with ideas that are reflective of the community’s wants <br />and needs. Building upon the work the City has completed to <br />date, we will encompass the needs of the multi-generational <br />athletic and recreation community and outline a strategic path <br />to success for the trail improvements and lighting, site location <br />for all-inclusive playground, and water feature-type location. <br />LOCAL + RESPONSIVE TEAM <br />With strong Minnesota roots and two nearby Twin Cities office <br />locations, ISG’s local team and dedicated experts are close <br />by and available to deliver visions for the new-and-improved <br />Pioneer Park. Led by Andy Brandel, PE, and Amanda Prosser, <br />PLA, this team is responsible for the completion of many <br />Midwest parks and recreation projects, including the recently <br />completed and nearby Gervais Mill project, each attesting to <br />ISG’s dedicated, strategic, and solutions-driven work. <br />INNOVATIVE TOOLS <br />The strategic integration of ISG’s innovative technology will <br />assist in making better decisions faster. In addition to ISG’s <br />multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineering, planners, <br />and environmental specialists, the firm’s in-house drone <br />pilot, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialists, and <br />videographer work in tandem with the project team to bring <br />additional value to nearly every project. <br />Above all else, ISG will act as a dedicated project ally, advocate, <br />and partner committed to this project’s success. ISG looks <br />forward to the opportunity to partner with City to help <br />create a master plan that invokes community pride.
