Page 10 Architecture + Engineering + Environmental + Planning <br />Fees <br />COMPENSATION + FEES <br />ISG has assembled the best team to deliver the appropriate balance of experience, diversity, and competitive value to optimal <br />master planning and community engagement services for the City. This fee proposal balances assessment and planning opportunities <br />in a comprehensive master plan that is designed to get the City off on the right foot while it starts the process of implementing <br />improvements at Pioneer Park. <br />ISG proposes to provide the scope of services outlined within this proposal for compensation in accordance with the following schedule: <br />VALUE <br />TASK ONE: <br />Safety Assessment, Accessibility Assessment, and Project Kickoff and Visioning Meeting $5,200 <br />TASK TWO: <br />Plan Development + Engagement $14,200 <br />TOTAL $19,400 <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses <br />Anticipated reimbursable expenses such as travel, mileage, and printing are included within the compensation listed above. <br />Future Services <br />ISG’s goal for this proposal is to be flexible to accommodate the requirements of this project. We understand that Phase 2 of the master <br />plan includes a multi-use community building for approximately 150 people following the City’s purchase of land in the southwest corner <br />of the Park. Upon request, the team is able to provide the City with a subsequent proposal for these services, as well as any future <br />phases that will be necessary to facilitate this project as it moves forward.
