<br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 854 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA ZONING CODE <br />CHAPTER 912, B-3 AND CHAPTER 912-A, B-4 BUSINESS DISTRICTS TO ADD <br />MASSAGE THERAPY AND TATTOO/BODY ART AS PERMITTED USES <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 912, <br />B-3, General Business District, of the Little Canada Zoning Code by adding the underlined <br />material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br />912.020 PERMITTED USES. <br /> <br />RRR. Massage therapy as a principal or accessory use, provided that the business receives the <br />appropriate licenses from the City, and complies with all requirements of Section 2201-2203. <br /> <br />SSS. Tattoo/Body Art as a principal or accessory use, provided that the business receives the <br />appropriate licenses from the City, and complies with all requirements of Section 822. <br /> <br />912.40. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures set <br />forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />I. Massage therapy as a principal or accessory use, provided that: <br /> <br />1. The business receives an appropriate license from the City of Little Canada, and complies <br />with all the requirements of that license. <br />2. All therapists are licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Code. <br />3. The City reserves the right to review the conditional use permit at any time, and may add <br />conditions deemed appropriate by the City Council to ensure compliance with the <br />Comprehensive Plan, City Codes, and applicable regulations. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 912-A. <br />Comprehensive Business District, of the Little Canada Zoning Code by adding the <br />underlined material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br />912-A.020.
