We have
contemplated the use of capital project funds to enable the purchase of this piece of equipment. The
City Council will have to determine if the purchase is warranted and what piece of equipment (regular
sweeper or regenerative air) they favor.
`fask 6 - Ev<aln~ata: Pee-~vetBe€f Sss@t Sg~re~a~3erag
ATTACHMENT 6 also discusses this subject. Capital project funds would be needed for the
equipment aspect. If we went with the Ctearlane product, then an adjustment to the operating budget
will be necessary. Depending on order procedures, it may not be possible to implement that option for a
while.
Recox~a~rae~adatloa~:
Staff recommends that we call for another neighborhood meeting to be held on either October 20"'
(Monday), 23rd, or 30°i (Thursdays). [would suggest we have Cliff Aichinger here to discuss the
Watershed's findings on lake elevation and possibly Mr. Vanderbosch from the DNR to discuss the
water lily issue. The City Engineer and Public Works Superintendent will cover their materials.
if you agree, then we should pick a date so notices can be mailed out.
cc: Representative Beverly Scalze
Cliff Aichinger, RWMWD
Roekne Waite
Tom Day
Don Smith
