STAFF REPORT <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Brenda Malinowski, Finance Director <br />DATE: August 11, 2021 <br />RE: 2021 2nd Quarter Financial Reports <br />INTRODUCTION: <br />Attached are the 2021 2nd Quarter Financial Reports for the City of Little Canada. <br />Attachments: <br />•General Fund Quarterly Financial Report <br />•Special Revenue and Enterprise Funds Quarterly Financial Report <br />•Investments by Maturity and Type <br />General Fund Revenue <br />Although first half property tax collections were not received at the City until July, these <br />collections were included in the General Fund Quarterly Financial Report to reflect a more realistic <br />budget to actual amount. 44.50% of the budget revenue has been collected in 2021. This is lower <br />than past years with the exception of 2020.
