<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk/ HR Manager <br /> Brenda Malinowski, Finance Director <br /> <br />DATE: November 17, 2021 <br /> <br />RE: Certify Unpaid Utilities and Unpaid False Alarms <br /> <br />Attached are the 2021 unpaid utility bills to be certified to the 2022 property taxes totaling <br />$65,957.90, and one false alarm totaling $75.00 <br /> <br />Letters were mailed to 145 accounts totaling $107,06.39 on September 20th.
