50 <br /> SECTION 23 24 - SMOKING POLICY <br /> <br />In recognition of the fact that the City of Little Canada has an interest in encouraging healthy life styles <br />among its employees, and to assure that the City is in compliance with the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air <br />Act, all City buildings and vehicles, in their entirety, shall be designated as tobacco free. The use of <br />tobacco products and electronic delivery devices (including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, <br />chewing tobacco, snus, snuf, e-cigarettes, and vaping pens) in any form, is prohibited. <br /> <br />Employees who use tobacco products and wish to cease are encouraged to take advantage of tobacco <br />cessation programs sponsored by their health care providers. <br />
