<br />The building is fully sprinklered. The East fire EXIT is marked and there is an isle to the fence <br />gate. The gate has the proper panic hardware. Sam noted that he does not have any issues with a <br />higher racking. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: <br />A CUP Amendment requires a Public Hearing and the City Council will need to open the hearing <br />at tonight’s December 1, 2021 meeting to take comment from the public. Please consider the <br />comments from the public and the application after the hearing has been closed. A public notice <br />has been published in the newspaper and the property owners within 350 feet of the site have been <br />notified. <br /> <br />Planning Commission: <br />At their November 10th meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed the application and <br />recommended approval to the City Council unanimously. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to allow an adjustment to the <br />Outdoor Storage Conditional Use Permit to allow for racking in the fence storage area of the <br />property to be allowed up to a height of 12 feet, from 8 feet currently.
