INTRODUCTION <br />2022 Street & Utility Improvements (Woodlynn Ave, Ryan Dr) ǀ 0N1.125241 Page 2 <br />· 3151 Country Drive (Meyer Companies) – After reviewing the costs associated with <br />the work, this property owner noted that his septic system sufficiently suits his needs <br />and that he is not in favor of adding public sewer service to this project. <br /> Woodlynn Avenue Informational Meeting <br />Individual property owner meetings were held with impacted businesses on the eastern <br />portion of Woodlynn Avenue on October 6, 2021. Representatives from each business were <br />presented with preliminary designs with the opportunity to discuss the condition of existing <br />infrastructure and provide feedback. Generally, owners voiced concerns about reductions in <br />parking and commercial vehicle access. These comments were taken into consideration and <br />preliminary designs were revised. <br />Follow-up meetings with impacted businesses were held November 3, 9, and 10, 2021. <br />Revised preliminary designs were once again presented the businesses with the opportunity <br />for further comment. Generally, property owners understood the need for the project and <br />approved of the revised street layouts that were presented. <br />If the City elects to proceed with the proposed street and utility improvements detailed in this <br />report, it is anticipated that construction would begin in 2022 as detailed in the project schedule <br />found on Page 14. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
