After receiving feedback from the Commission of the initial
concept designs that staff had prepared and presented at your July meeting, staff requested
proposals from three landscape architect consultants that could help with the next steps.
After reviewing the three professional services proposals for Gervais Mill Park Entrance
Improvement Feasibility Assessment, staff decided to accept the agreement with ISG. Since
then, staff has met with ISG to discuss the initial concept designs.
ISG has provided a feasibility assessment that includes cost estimates that will be presented to
the Commission at your Thursday meeting.
