STAFF REPORT <br />TO:Parks & Recreation Commission <br />FROM:Bryce Shearen, Parks & Recreation Community Services Manager <br />DATE:December 5, 2019 <br />RE:Reschedule January Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to reschedule January Parks & Recreation Meeting to Tuesday, January 7, 2020. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The regular July meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 2. This is the evening of the annual <br />Council Holiday Party that the Commission is invited to attend. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Due to the scheduling conflict, staff is recommending that the meeting be rescheduled for <br />Tuesday, January 7. Staff would like the Commission to discuss the proposed date and if there is <br />a consensus to reschedule the January meeting.
