<br />Recommendation <br />Planning staff is recommending approval of: <br /> <br />- A variance to allow wall signage on four sides of the building and a total of 400 square feet of <br />signage, <br />o With the condition that the free-standing sign must comply with the provisions of <br />Zoning Code Ch. 903.110.E.5.c Freestanding Signs. <br />- Allow the existing pylon sign at the southwest corner of the property to remain in place until <br />September 30, 2020 <br /> <br />Based upon the following findings of fact: <br />- That the circumstances were not a result of actions of the applicant, <br />- The property is unique in that it is a stand-alone parcel completely surrounded by street <br />frontage, <br />- The City’s Zoning Code does not address signage for properties with more than 2 street <br />frontages, <br />- The property and its access driveways will be incorporated in to a round-a-bout that could <br />cause challenges to customers finding the access points to the site. <br />
