Further edits and <br />additions will be made. <br />I suggest that you begin your review by reading the Introduction and Summary chapter <br />then the chapters on Land Use and Housing. <br />We seek your comment on these and other questions: <br />Manufactured Housing <br /> North Star Estates manufactured housing park <br />Change the land use plan map from Industrial to Manufactured Housing Park. <br />Change the zoning from Industrial and Planned-Unit Development to R-4, <br />Manufactured Housing Park. See page 2-16 of the Land Use chapter. <br /> Manufactured housing parks along Rice Street <br />Keep the land use plan designation as Commercial and keep the zoning classification <br />as B-3, General Business. Change the planning and zoning of the five-acre site on <br />the rear of Terrace Heights to higher-density housing. See page 2-16 of the Land <br />Use chapter. <br /> Impact mitigation study <br />Within a year, study ways to mitigate the adverse effects on residents of possible <br />land use change at any of the manufactured housing parks. See page 3-10 of the <br />Housing chapter. <br />Other Locations on the Land Use Plan Map <br /> South of the transmission line, west of Vanderbie Street <br />Change from Low- and Medium-Density Residential to Higher-Density Residential. <br />See the land use plan map on page 2-12. <br /> The triangle at Little Canada Road, County Road C and the railroad <br />track <br />Change from entirely Commercial to Residential and Commercial <br /> The rear of the Terrace Heights manufactured housing park <br />Change from Low-Density Residential to Higher-Density Residential
