MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />6 <br /> Kwapick introduced the following motion: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A CONCEPT/PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR <br />3000 LABORE ROAD, PID 04-29-22-24-0014, WITHIN THE R-1, SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AS WELL AS VARIANCES FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />• CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH: FROM 500 FEET ALLOWANCE TO 700 FEET. <br />• LOT SIZE: LOT 14 FOR 10 SQUARE FEET AS LISTED IN THE STAFF <br />REPORT. <br />• LOT SIZE: LOTS 1-13 AND LOT 15 AS LISTED IN THE STAFF REPORT. <br /> <br /> The foregoing motion was duly seconded by Buesing. <br /> Ayes (6). Nays (0). Motion passed. <br /> <br /> <br />REPORTS FROM STAFF <br />The Community Development Director stated that a contract was secured with Bill Weber to <br />assist in the update of the zoning code. She also provided an update on the review process of the <br />Comprehensive Plan by the Metropolitan Council.
