Conditional Uses Chapter 907: Public and Semi-Public District <br /> Page 907-3 <br />B. County government buildings provided that: <br />1. The property has direct access to a Collector or Arterial Street. <br />2. The use meets all zoning regulations, including environmental zoning standards. <br />3. No outdoor storage of materials, equipment, or trucks is permitted. <br />4. Emergency vehicle access to the public street is controlled by traffic signal. <br />5. Wireless communications antennae and towers shall be subject to the regulations <br />applicable to Residential Districts. <br />C. Other local, state or watershed government buildings provided that: <br />1. The use meets all zoning regulations. <br />2. All parking areas, outdoor storage of materials, equipment or trucks conform to <br />requirements in Chapter 915 for screening and landscaping. <br />907.050 LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS <br />The following minimum requirements shall be observed in a "P", Public District subject to <br />additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth in this Ordinance. <br />A. Lot Area: None. <br />B. Lot Width: None. <br />C. Setbacks: <br />1. Front Yards: Not less than 40 feet. <br />2. Side Yards: <br />a. Not less than 15 feet when abutting non-residentially zoned property. <br />b. Not less than 40 feet when abutting residentially zoned property or a public right of <br />when on a corner lot. <br />3. Rear Yards: Not less than 30 feet. <br />907.060 HEIGHT <br />No structure shall exceed three stories or 36 feet whichever is least.
