Chapter 915 General Development Requirements <br /> <br /> Page 915-15 <br />may be amended. <br />c. Chain link or woven wire fences (without slat screens) used for the enclosure <br />of tennis courts or other such recreational purposes shall not exceed 10 feet in <br />height and shall be located in a rear yard only. <br />3. Multiple-family Housing to Single-Family Housing <br />Where any multiple family residential use abuts property zoned for single-family <br />residential use, the multiple family residential project shall provide screening along <br />the boundary of the single-family residential property in accordance with the <br />standards listed in Section 915.020.G. (Required Screening, Landscaping, and Site <br />Work) of this Code. <br /> <br />Figure 915-2 <br />H. Commercial and Industrial District Fences. <br />Fences in all Commercial and Industrial Districts shall not exceed 8 feet in height <br />except: <br />1. Boundary Line fences abutting "R" Districts shall conform to those regulations <br />applicable to the "R" District. <br />2.
