<br />The building is fully sprinklered. The East fire EXIT is marked and there is an isle to the fence <br />gate. The gate has the proper panic hardware. Sam noted that he does not have any issues with a <br />higher racking. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: <br />A CUP Amendment requires a Public Hearing and the City Council will need to open the hearing <br />at their December 1, 2021 meeting to take comment from the public. At that time, they will <br />consider the comments from the public and the application after the hearing has been closed. A <br />public notice has been published in the newspaper and the property owners within 350 feet of the <br />site have been notified. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />To approve a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to allow an adjustment to the Outdoor Storage <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow for racking in the fence storage area of the property to be allowed <br />up to a height of 12 feet, from 8 feet currently. The property in question is 2956 Yorkton Blvd and <br />zoned I-P, Industrial Park, Parcel ID 062922240009.
