Annual <br />billing amounts will be charged during the eight months of service. New customers electing service in <br />April - September will be subject to a full year's charge. New customers electing service in October or <br />November will be subject to the partial year charge noted above and must become full year's customers <br />in the following year or become ineligible for the service. Yard waste service will be automatically <br />renewed for the next full season unless the customer opts out of service before April 1st. A customer <br />discontinuing service during the yard waste season will be charged on a pro -rated monthly basis with <br />any partial counting as a full month of service. <br /> <br />Yard Waste Service provides for up to two (2) carts of up to 90 gallons in size.
