<br /> <br />- 9 - <br />• MORRISON AVENUE <br />The total project cost for the rehabilitation of Morrison Avenue is estimated at <br />$195,000.00. There are 20 residential properties along Morrison Avenue. <br />The property in the southeast corner of the cul-de-sac has an address on <br />McMenemy Street and there does not appear to be any developable land on <br />this lot accessible from Morrison Street. Therefore we are proposing no <br />assessment for this parcel resulting in a total of 19 assessable units. The <br />project costs eligible for assessment total $184,600.00 and include both <br />general street improvement items and the replacement of all driveway access <br />curb. Based on a 50/50 sharing of the assessable costs the assessments <br />total $92,300.00. <br /> <br />Table 2 summarizes the total project cost that will be borne by the City and the cost that <br />will be assessed to the benefited properties assuming all properties choose to have their <br />driveway curb entrances replaced. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The project is feasible from an engineering standpoint and meets all standards set forth <br />by the City. The rehabilitation of these streets would be another step in improving the <br />street infrastructure within Little Canada and advancing the pavement management <br />program.
