<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Bill Dircks, Public Works Director <br /> <br />DATE: April 13, 2022 <br /> <br />RE: Scope of Services for a Traffic Analysis & Grant Applications for Little Canada <br />Road and Country Drive to be Completed by Bolton & Menk <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED <br />Consider approval of the Scope of Services for a Traffic Analysis & grant applications for Little <br />Canada Road and Country Drive to be completed by Bolton & Menk. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />At the workshop prior to the regular meeting, the City Council reviewed and discussed the Phase <br />1 and Phase 2 proposed concept plans for potential improvements at Little Canada Road and <br />Country Drive and the attached Scope of Services for pursuing grant funding for any potential <br />projects. If the Council chooses to move forward with the pursuit of grant funds for these <br />potential projects as discussed and offered by Bolton & Menk, formal action to approve the <br />Scope of Services should be taken by the City Council. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Scope of Services for a Traffic Analysis & Highway Safety <br />Improvement Program grant application to be completed by Bolton & Menk in the amount of <br />$29,900, paid with funds from the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Fund 450. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
