2nd ADDENDUM TO PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENT <br />The following language shall be added to and incorporated in that certain Purchase <br />Agreement dated March 29, 2022 by and between Little Canada Economic Development <br />Authority as Buyer and Sunset of Oak Island Inc., a Minnesota Corporation and Lachner LP, a <br />Minnesota Limited Partnership, collectively Seller, for the sale and purchase of the real property <br />located at 2750 Rice Street, Little Canada, Minnesota. <br />Hazardous Waste. To the best of Sellers’s knowledge, and except as disclosed in the Sellers’s <br />Documents, the Property is in compliance with all applicable laws, including federal laws, has <br />not been used for storage or dispose of any hazardous or toxic substance, and the property is not <br />in violation of any federal, state, or local statues, ordinances, or regulations concerning the <br />disposal or storage of hazardous or toxic substance. A law as referred to in this Paragraph shall <br />include without limitation the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation Liability <br />Act of 1980, the Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act of 1986, the Resource <br />Conservation Recovery Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Clean Water Act, the Clean <br />Air Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Federal Insecticide, <br />Fungicide and Rodenticide all as amended from time to time. <br />This Addendum is made and executed this day of April, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br />Buyer: Seller: <br />Little Canada Economic Sunset of Oak Island Ic. <br />Development Authority By: <br />By: <br />Its: <br />By: <br />Its: <br />By: <br />Its: <br />Its: <br />Lachner LP <br />By: <br />Its:
