At that time, they will consider the <br />comments from the public and the Major Subdivision application from the Planning Commission. <br />Public hearing notice letters were sent to addresses within 350 feet of the parcel as well as to the <br />Pioneer Press for publication. Residents who attended the Neighborhood meeting in March 2022 <br />and provided email addresses were also notified via email. <br /> <br />Planning Commission: <br />At their May 5th meeting, the Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval (7-0). <br /> <br />Next Steps: <br />The proposed development will follow the process schedule below: <br /> <br />May 5th – Planning Commission Preliminary Plat <br />May 11th – City Council Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />May 25th – City Council Preliminary Plat – final decision (may go onto Final Plat and Rezoning <br />process) <br /> <br />June 9th – Planning Commission Final Plat, Variance, and Rezoning <br />June 20th – City Council Final Plat, Variance, Rezoning and Development Agreement <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />To consider approval of a Preliminary Plat for U.S. Home, LLC, Lennar, to construct a townhome <br />community with (178) townhomes and move forward with the proposal for Final Plat, Variance, <br />Rezoning and Development Agreement consideration. <br /> <br />
