<br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />CROSS COLLATERALIZATION RIDER <br /> <br />Exhibit B to Mortgage, Assignment of Rents and Leases, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing, dated as <br />of June 1, 2022, by Twin Lake Limited Partnership for the benefit of City of Little Canada, Minnesota: <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS SECURED.
