At that time, <br />they will consider the comments from the public. A public notice has been published in the <br />newspaper and the property owners within 350 feet of the site have been notified of the <br />proceedings. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />To consider approval of a Variance application to allow a reduction for a rear yard setback from <br />20’-0” to 6’-0” to accommodate a new building addition, as well as combine two lots into one, <br />located at 3250 Spruce Street, PID 313022340002 and PID 313022310013. <br />
