FAILURE TO IMPLEMENT <br />THE CONTROLS AND PRACTICES OUTLINED WOULD RESULT IN VIOLATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT <br />AND CLEAN WATER ACT AND IS GROUNDS FOR PENALTIES. <br />2.ESTABLISH SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES AT THE BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTAIN DURING THE <br />ENTIRE LENGTH OF CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL <br />PROVIDE APPROPRIATE EROSION CONTROL DEVICES FOR STOCKPILE AREAS, INLETS, AND DITCHES MUST BE <br />STABILIZED WITHIN 200 LINEAL FEET FROM THE PROPERTY EDGE, OR FROM THE POINT OF DISCHARGE TO ANY <br />SURFACE WATER.
