ACTUAL FIELD CONDITIONS MAY VARY. <br />VERIFY ALL FIELD CONDITIONS INCLUDING LOCATION OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES PRIOR TO <br />CONSTRUCTION. NOTIFY THE OWNER AND ENGINEER OF ANY DISCREPANCIES AFFECTING THE <br />SCOPE OF THIS CONTRACT. <br />4.PROTECT ALL PROPERTY CORNERS. RELOCATE BENCHMARKS AS NECESSARY WITH NEW <br />BENCHMARK LOCATIONS WITHIN A TOLERANCE OF 0.010 VERTICAL FEET. <br />5.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE LOCAL UTILITY MARKING AUTHORITY PRIOR TO <br />CONSTRUCTION. <br />6.CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN ALL NECESSARY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES TO <br />CONFORM TO THE LATEST VERSION OF THE MINNESOTA "MANUAL ON UNIFORM TRAFFIC <br />CONTROL DEVICES" (MUTCD). ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH LABOR, MATERIALS, AND <br />EQUIPMENT TO FURNISH AND MAINTAIN TRAFFIC CONTROL WILL BE CONSIDERED INCIDENTAL TO <br />THE PROJECT. <br />7.UPON COMPLETION OF WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE REDLINED COPIES OF <br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER REFLECTING ACTUAL INSTALLATION AS <br />APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER AND/OR OWNER. <br />8.GRADING ACTIVITY WHICH BLOCKS TRAFFIC OF ANY STREET, ALLEY, OR DRIVE IS SUBJECT TO <br />APPROVAL BY THE CITY. <br />9.CONTRACTOR SHALL STOP WORK IMMEDIATELY AND NOTIFY THE ENGINEER AND OWNER IF <br />CONTAMINANTS ARE FOUND IN THE EXISTING SOILS. <br />10.PROVIDE POSITIVE DRAINAGE AT ALL TIMES WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION AREA. DO NOT ALLOW <br />WATER TO POND IN EXCAVATION AREAS, AND MAINTAIN ALL EXISTING DRAINAGE PATTERNS. <br />11.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO COMPLY WITH ALL OSHA REGULATIONS IN THE <br />EXECUTION OF WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT. <br />12.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL APPLY FOR A CITY OF LITTLE CANADA GRADING PERMIT BEFORE <br />STARTING WORK.
