A public notice has been published in the <br />newspaper and the property owners within 350 feet of the site have been notified of the <br />proceedings. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />To recommend approval for a Variance and a Minor Subdivision application to allow a reduction <br />for a rear yard setback from 20’-0” to 6’-0” to accommodate a new building addition and combine <br />parcels, PID 313022340002 and PID 313022310013. <br />
