Resident can participate with verbal cueing in self daily activities such as dressing acid grooming. Resident will be provided with one bath a week and can participate with bathng. Resident cooperates with medication management acrd administration (1-3 coeds) as prescribed. Studio One Bed Merazory Cm•e 2 $4,615 $4,700 $4,900 Resident cooperates v~ith caregiver assistance in daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing acid toileting. Assistance is needed with medications and adnnistration management of 4 or more coeds. Resident's behaviors may require supple staff guidance. Resident requires direct assistance of one caregiver with dressvng, grooming, bating, medications and/or management of incontinence. Resident's behaviors require regular caregiver guidance. Efficiency Studio One Bed Memory Care 4 $5,245 $5,330 $5,530 Resident may have manageable incontinence of bowel and/or bladder. Resident needs considerable assistance with dressing, groonng, bathing, medications and/or management of incontinence. Resident's behaviors may require frequent or complex caregiver guidance. Resident needs assistance with feeding. Resident requires atwo-person transfer/mechanical lift.
