A planned combination of <br />underground parking for the care residents in conjunction with surface parking shared with other buildings on site <br />will afford ample parking for residents and visitors. The prominent design features of the proposed assisted-living <br />and memory-care building will combine stone foundations with residential exterior materials, columns, roofline <br />gables, extending porches, and residential entrances into the building. `The overriding architectural objective is to <br />create the fee] of a residential building on a personal level for the residents. Outdoor spaces within a wooded <br />setting, views of the existing wetlands, and wooded pathways are ali significant design elements of the overall site <br />plan.
