Outdoor storage areas must be kept in an orderly condition, permitting vehicular access to all materials or equipment. Metal fencing may be used where landscaping provides a complete year-round screen and is irrigated to ensure survivability in compliance with Section 903.020.E (Fence section). As a condition of CUP approval, details regarding the fence (height, finish materials etc.) should be provided to ensure materials are screened from view of adjacent properties. At least of portion of the existing fencing is believed to be metal fencing with slats. Landscaping is required outside of the fence to provide the screening in compliance with this section.
