MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 22, 2008 <br />IUP PERMIT- The City Administrator recommended that consideration of the <br />FRA-DOR Re-issuance of the Interim Use Permit for Fra-Dor be tabled until the <br />January 14, 2009 Council meeting. The Administrator reported that the <br />goal would be to come back with a Development Agreement for extending <br />the IUP. The Administrator reported that some progress has been made in <br />discussions with Fra-Dor and updated materials and information has been <br />obtained. The Administrator noted that it has been determined that it will <br />be cost prohibitive to move the ponds. It may also be possible to develop <br />some larger buildings on the site. The Administrator indicated that Tax <br />Increment Financing analysis is also being done. Mr. Frattalone has <br />signed a waiver agreement agreeing to tabling action until January 14, <br />2009. <br />There was no one present wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UITON N0.2008-12-321- CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING AND TABLE ACTION ON THE RE-ISSUANCE OFAN <br />INTERIM USE PERMIT ALLOWING AGGREGATE MATERIALS <br />STOCKPILING AND RECYCLING AT 3137 COUNTRY DRIVE, FRA- <br />DOR, UNTIL THE JANUARY 14, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RECESS At this point in the meeting, 9:03 p.m., Council took a short recess. The <br />meeting was reconvened at 9:10 p.m. <br />LIQUOR Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the suspension or <br />LICENSES - revocation of liquor and other licenses for Bangkok Avenue located at <br />BANGKOK 2900 Rice Street. <br />AVENUE <br /> The City Attorney reported that the issuance of the liquor and other <br /> licenses for Bangkok Avenue for the license period July 1, 2008 through <br /> June 30, 2009 were subject to several conditions which were agreed to by <br /> Mr. Robert Thao, Bangkok Avenue. Those conditions are listed in the <br /> Council's agenda packet on pages 6 and 7. The Attorney noted that since <br /> the issuance of the licenses, there were numerrous incidents at Bangkok <br /> Avenue and a summary of those incidents is included on pages 4 and 5 of <br />15 <br />
