<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Eric Seaburg, P.E., City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: August 10, 2022 <br /> <br />RE: Final Pay Request No. 10 for County Road D & Greenbrier Street <br />Improvements <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Motion to approve Final Pay Estimate No. 10 to New Look Contracting Inc. in the amount of <br />$164,029.05. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor to date is $2,642,774.65. The City has paid <br />$2,478.745.60 to date. The final amount due is $164,029.05. <br /> <br />All work has been completed in accordance with the final plans and specifications with all <br />punchlist work having been completed last fall. All work is now under warranty. <br /> <br />Project staff will now work on closing the project out with Ramsey County, Vadnais Heights, <br />and the Minnesota State-Aid office. <br /> <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />The improvements will be funded through assessments, Municipal State Aid Funds and the <br />Infrastructure Capital Improvement Funds. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve Final Pay Estimate No. 10 in the amount of <br />$164,029.05 to New Look Contracting, Inc. <br /> <br />
