1701-4 <br /> <br />1701.100. INTERFERENCE PROHIBITED. It is unlawful for any person to prevent, delay <br />or interfere with the Tree Inspector or his agents while they are engaged in the performance of duties <br />imposed by this Ordinance. <br /> <br />1701.110. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who violates Sections 1701.090 or <br />1701.100 of this Ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not to <br />exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for ninety (90) days or both. <br /> <br />(Source: Ord. 120) <br />
