<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Eric Seaburg, P.E., City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: October 10, 2022 <br /> <br />RE: Assessment Hearings for 2022 Street Improvement Projects <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />The City Council is asked to pass Resolutions Adopting Assessments for the 2022 Street <br />Improvement Projects. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Construction on Yorkton Ridge, Maple Lane & Jackson Street, Ryan Drive, and Woodlynn <br />Avenue is substantially complete. Project staff is working with the contractor on final punchlist <br />items.
