RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2023-02 <br /> <br />SUNRISE DRIVE <br />(CUL-DE-SAC TO 350’ SOUTH) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of <br />Sunrise Drive (from the cul-de-sac to 350’ South) by full depth reclamation with new asphalt <br />paving, spot curb replacements, and minor/spot improvements to the underground utility <br />systems. This report was received by the Council on October 12, 2022, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Sunrise Drive in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total project cost to the City of Little <br />Canada of $179,395. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on November 30, 2022, in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center at 5:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 12th day of October, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> John T.
