RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2023-04 <br /> <br />TWIN LAKE BOULEVARD <br />(VADNAIS BOULEVARD TO VADNAIS BOULEVARD) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of <br />Twin Lake Boulevard (from Vadnais Boulevard to Vadnais Boulevard) by full depth reclamation <br />with new asphalt paving, curbing, new trail improvements, and minor/spot improvements to the <br />underground utility systems. This report was received by the Council on October 12, 2022, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Twin Lake Boulevard in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total project cost to <br />the City of Little Canada of $1,188,020. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on November 30, 2022, in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 12th day of October, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> John T.
