Little Canada Zoning Code Stormwater Management <br /> 928-3 <br />(7) Phasing of construction with estimated start date, time frames and <br />schedules for each construction phase, and completion date; <br /> <br />(8) Copies of permits or permit applications required by any other <br />governmental entity or agencies including mitigation measures <br />required as a result of any review for the project (e.g. wetland <br />mitigation, EAW, EIS, archaeology survey, etc.) <br /> <br />b. Existing Conditions - A complete site plan and specifications, signed by <br />the person who designed the plan shall be drawn to an easily legible scale, <br />shall be clearly labeled with a north arrow and a date of preparation, and <br />shall include, at a minimum, the following information: <br /> <br />(1) Project map – An 8.5 by 11 inch United States Geological Survey <br />(USGS) 7.5 minute quad or equivalent map indicating site <br />boundaries and existing elevations. <br /> <br />(2) Property lines and lot dimensions. <br /> <br />(3) Existing zoning classifications for land within and abutting the <br />development, including shoreland, floodway, flood fringe, or <br />general floodplain, and other natural resource overlay districts. <br /> <br />(4) All buildings and outdoor uses including all dimensions and <br />setbacks. <br /> <br />(5) All public and private roads, interior roads, driveways and <br />parking lots. <br /> <br />(6) Identify all natural and artificial water features (including drain <br />tiles) on site and within 1/2 mile of project boundary, including, <br />but not limited to lakes, ponds, streams (including intermittent <br />streams), and ditches. Show ordinary high water marks of all <br />navigable waters, 100-year flood elevations and delineated wetland <br />boundaries, if any. If not available, appropriate flood zone <br />determination or wetland delineation, or both, may be required at <br />the applicant’s expense. <br /> <br />(7) Map of watershed drainage areas, soil types, infiltration rates, <br />depth to bedrock, and depth to seasonal high water table. <br /> <br />(8) Steep slopes where areas of 12% or more existing over a distance <br />for 50 feet or more. <br /> <br />(9) Bluff areas where the slope rises at least 25 feet above the toe of <br />the bluff and the grade of the slope from the toe of the bluff to a <br />point 25 feet or more above the toe of the bluff averages 30% or <br />greater.
